Nathan Chan finished 10th (17:42) in the Sophomore race. The top finisher for Desert Vista in the Junior race was Josh Tarchinski (18:51) and in the Senior race Matt Carson (19:33).

Coach Hanson had his Varsity runners sit this meet out and run from Desert Vista to Tumbleweed Park instead to get in a long training run (14+ miles) as the team prepares to travel to California to compete in one of the nation’s largest events. DVCC departs on September 21st with 50 athletes to compete in the 33rd annual Woodbridge Cross Country Classic.
