On Saturday Nov 2nd, 2024, the Desert Vista Boys Cross Country team placed sixth at the 2024 Arizona State D1 Cross Country Championship.
Senior Maxton Klein led the Thunder, placing 30th overall in 16:45.
Next across the line was sophomore Luke Littlefield in 37th (16:51), followed by fellow sophomore Jacob Luecker in 44th (17:00), and freshman Carter Frisk in 51st (17:08). DVCC sophomore Trenton Shirley completed the scoring with a 66th-place finish (17:17).
Also competing were senior co-captain Nolan Kirby in 75th (17:25) and sophomore La'a Hancock in 95th (17:43).
